Jiuda Manufacturing presents CTP pack disassembly at the Hangzhou industry forum

Jiuda Manufacturing joined the 11th China Power Battery Recycling Industry Development Forum to discuss disassembly processes and supporting equipment.

Industry exchange in Hangzhou

The forum took place in Hangzhou on 15–16 June 2026. Jiuda Manufacturing sponsored and attended the event, where Li Dongzhe presented CTP pack disassembly processes and supporting equipment.

Weld processing and cooling-plate removal

The presentation addressed integrated CTP structures and bonded connections, covering laser weld cutting, cooling-plate removal, and connections to cell testing, sorting, identification, terminal processing and automatic tray loading.

Equipment and line integration

The equipment presented included pack disassembly lines, AGV and robotic cover-removal cells, regenerative charge-discharge cabinets, busbar weld milling, module side-plate cutting, laser welding and flexible PACK lines.
