Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative affairs, including the office environment, fixed assets, warehouse management, and the procurement and management of office supplies and other administrative support.
- Manage corporate documents, including drafting, review, receipt and dispatch, filing, and the handling of confidential documents.
- Organise company meetings, important visits and major events, coordinating logistics and resources across all parties.
- Coordinate working relationships among internal departments, drive cross-functional initiatives to completion, and follow up on key action items.
- Manage external liaison and public affairs, maintaining effective relationships with government authorities, business partners and other external organisations.
- Develop and improve administrative policies and processes, supervise their implementation and drive continuous optimisation.
- Build and manage the administrative team, guide team members in their work, and support talent development and succession planning.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in administration, business administration, Chinese language, secretarial studies or related fields are preferred.
- At least five years of administrative management experience, including two or more years as an office director or in an equivalent management role; manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to independently draft official documents, reports, proposals and related materials.
- Excellent organisational, coordination, communication and overall management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Meticulous and responsible, with a strong service mindset and awareness of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
