Cylindrical module disassembly, identification and test-sorting line
Link cylindrical module disassembly to identification, testing, grading and records. Cell identity, test results and sorting destinations are associated for subsequent grouping or recovery.

Disassembly and cell identification
Modules enter the disassembly area through automatic transport. Housing and connector operations are matched to the module structure to separate individual cells. A scanner reads cell identifiers and associates product information with subsequent test records.
Scanning, transport and disassembly equipment are configured around common cycle times and interfaces. Unreadable or abnormal identifiers require a defined routing method to prevent mismatching cell identities and test results.
Testing and data upload
Test stations can be configured for voltage, internal resistance, current or capacity assessment. Different measurements require their corresponding instruments and charge-discharge equipment; capacity evaluation is distinct from a rapid voltage and resistance check.
Results can be uploaded to a central database and used to route cells to collection areas according to configured rules. Records support queries, statistics and production management. Grades and downstream routes depend on the feedstock condition and processing requirements.
