Manual module-to-cell disassembly line

For operator-led module disassembly supported by fixtures and dedicated tools. Clamping, push-out, connector processing and cell removal stations are arranged for the module structure.

Process flow

  1. Module loading
  2. Clamping & positioning
  3. Assisted manual disassembly
  4. Cell handling

Stations and working method

The line comprises disassembly frames, clamps, push-out mechanisms, assisted separation tools and electrical controls. Operators locate modules in fixtures and use dedicated mechanisms to release connections and separate cells. The process is manually led.

Clamping positions, tools and the sequence are selected for the module structure. Mechanical aids provide positioning, support and separation, while operators assess workpieces, transfer parts and handle exceptions.

Configuration, space and maintenance

Manual stations can be installed in stages and adapted through fixture changes and revised work organisation. They have fewer mechanisms and maintenance tasks than a complex automated line; footprint, investment and staffing depend on the station configuration.

Suitable for disassembly involving varied module structures and substantial operator participation. Training, fixture inspection and maintenance are organised around the project feedstock and working requirements.
