Jiuda confirms sponsorship and attendance at the 2026 Fubao Lithium Battery Recycling Industry Annual Conference
Jiuda Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. will sponsor and attend the 2026 Fubao Lithium Battery Recycling Industry Annual Conference. The event is scheduled for 11–12 November in Nanchang, Jiangxi, with registration on 10 November. Jiuda plans to introduce equipment and process solutions for retired battery disassembly and pretreatment before recycling.
Organised by SCI and Fubao Information, the conference will bring together battery recyclers and related businesses. Jiuda plans to discuss disassembly operations, equipment configurations and processing-line requirements with recyclers and industry partners.
Jiuda’s planned technical introduction covers CTP and CTM battery pack disassembly, precision cell disassembly and pretreatment of scrap cells before crushing. The company will also present how its own manufacturing execution system (MES) supports process and equipment coordination from pack to cell disassembly.
The equipment to be introduced includes a battery pack disassembly line, an AGV and robot solution for removing top-cover screws, a robotic top-cover screw removal station, and a 750 V, 200 A, dual-channel regenerative battery pack charging and discharging cabinet. These products cover pack disassembly and charging and discharging operations.
For module and cell processing, Jiuda’s products include a fourth-generation busbar laser weld milling machine and semi-automatic and fully automatic module side-plate cutters. The company will also introduce 3,000 W and 6,000 W automatic laser welding machines in offline or cross-line configurations, alongside flexible PACK assembly lines for small traction and compact consumer-electronics batteries.
Jiuda develops custom automation equipment and provides information technology and system integration services, including dedicated equipment for retired battery disassembly. The company applies industrial engineering and lean production methods to equipment and processing-line design.
