Jiuda Manufacturing joins Guangdong circular economy association as a council member

On 9 January 2024, the Guangdong Association of Circular Economy and Resources Comprehensive Utilization published a welcome announcement listing Jiuda Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. as a new council member.

The association’s announcement welcoming SMC Automation’s Guangzhou branch and other new members listed vice-president, council and ordinary member organisations separately. Jiuda Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was listed as a council member alongside Southern Power Grid Carbon Asset Management (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

The announcement described Jiuda Manufacturing’s work in custom automation equipment, information technology and systems integration. Combining industrial engineering improvements on the factory floor with lean production methods, the company provides manufacturing solutions aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.

For traction batteries, the association highlighted Jiuda’s project experience: a fully automated PACK line for BAK’s 18650 battery modules in Shenzhen in 2017; development, manufacture, installation and acceptance of a battery pack disassembly line and a mechanical crushing and separation line for retired batteries for Qiantai Energy in 2018; and an integrated vehicle disassembly, battery pack disassembly and mechanical crushing line project for Shaanxi Paiersen in 2019.
