Feeding, transfer and tray loading
The machine handles batch tray loading of encapsulated USB modules. It combines feeding, pick-and-place mechanisms, conveyor plates, staggered transfer tracks and controls. Modules are transferred into positioning areas and loaded according to the tray arrangement.
Position and status detection coordinate with transport and handling to check placement, count and tray loading. Tray pitch, orientation and gripping methods are configured for the product shape and downstream process.
Changeover and line options
The loader can connect to testing, labelling or packaging. Inclusion of those machines and automatic loading or unloading is defined in the project scope. Different product formats require suitable fixtures, trays and program adjustments.
The interface supports settings and operation management. The arrangement should allow maintenance, cleaning and component replacement. Selection requires feed format, tray dimensions, parts per tray, inspection needs and cycle time.
