PACK & MODULE DISASSEMBLY

CTP / CTM pack disassembly line

A configurable line for pack pre-treatment, cover removal, connector processing and module or cell separation.

Applications & configuration

  • Stations and fixtures arranged for the pack structure.
  • Integration with identification, testing, fixture transport and sorting.
  • Combines manual stations, purpose-built machines and robotic cells.

Station roles and upstream/downstream interfaces

Automated retired EV battery disassembly equipment is planned together with identification, pre-treatment and manual support stations. CTP / CTM describes pack architecture; the process also depends on geometry, fasteners, adhesives and cooling structures.

StageEquipment and station rolesInterface
Cover and componentsCover-removal cells combined with BMS, wiring and component stationsPrepare access to connections and internal structures
Busbars and cooling structuresDedicated and assisted stations matched to welds, connections and cooling platesConnect to module or cell separation
Cell preparation and testingOptional identification, testing, residual-weld milling and tray sortingRoute material according to tests and subsequent assessment

Feedstock, fixtures and traceability

Selection requires pack underside and mounting-foot conditions, dimensions, weight, connections and target outputs. Fixtures, conveyors, AGVs and suspended handling must match the interfaces and loads of their respective workpieces.

Projects can associate pack, BMS, module and cell identities with test results, station records and routing. Data exports, host-system interfaces and record fields are defined during line integration.

Outputs may be modules, cells or feedstock for material processing. Voltage and internal-resistance tests support grading but do not replace the full suitability assessment required for the intended subsequent use.
